The Partnership

Exceptional work requires a dedicated, personal approach.

Because every site is custom-coded, we only take on a small number of builds at a time. No hidden fees, no confusing terms. It starts with a candid conversation about your business, what is getting in the way, and what the site actually needs to do.

    Investment

Two fixed-price rebuilds. Everything else scoped, because there are no templated builds.

    • Two builds, hospitality and yoga studios, are fixed price. Everything else is scoped to the business and priced in a straightforward conversation before anything starts.
    • No hidden fees. No lock-in.
    • You own the code and the content.
    • First year of hosting included.
    • Every project includes the 2-month post-launch SEO and technical nurturing phase.

    Two fixed-price rebuilds

Two builds are priced up front because I've built them enough times to know exactly what they take. Everything else is scoped to the business.

    The Hospitality Rebuild

    $3,000 + GST

Fixed price / Two weeks turnaround

    • A new site designed from the ground up around your venue. Phones first, because that's where your guests are.
    • It runs on my hospitality CMS. Menus, events, opening hours, gallery, reviews, enquiries. Your staff update it from a phone. No developer, no plugins.

    The Studio Rebuild

    $6,000 + GST

Fixed price / Two weeks turnaround

    • A new site designed around your studio, running on my studio management system. Term-aware timetable, live spot counts, class credits and passes, intro offers, gift vouchers, private session quotes, workshops, passwordless sign-in for students, and a finance ledger you can export.
    • Your students book and pay themselves. Your credits reconcile themselves. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet.

    Questions

    Straight answers.

Two builds are fixed price: the hospitality rebuild at $3,000 plus GST and the studio rebuild at $6,000 plus GST, both with a two-week turnaround. Everything else is scoped to the business and priced in one conversation before anything starts. You'll know the full figure up front.

No. One scoped price, agreed before the build starts. Ongoing maintenance retainers aren't part of the model either, because a custom-coded site doesn't need a web guy on standby.

Yes, outright. You get the code, the database and a playbook explaining how to change things or hand it to another developer. There's no software subscription; hosting is $500 a year after the first year.

Two months of post-launch SEO and technical nurturing come with every project: Search Console connected, real search data reviewed, the site tuned on what people actually look for. Your first year of hosting is included.

It gets integrated into the site, not replaced. Bookings, reservations and payments keep running on the platform you already use, wired into pages built around them.

Squarespace and Wix are rented space: stop paying and the site is gone. WordPress you own, technically, along with the plugin updates, the maintenance retainer and the fear of touching the back end. A custom-coded site is the third option: yours, built around your business, with no WordPress plugin stack to manage.

You can, and for a personal project you probably should. For a business, the tool is only as good as the hands on it. AI-coded sites are as good or as bad as the knowledge behind them: follow a template and it looks like a template. The design, the search structure, the AI-readability and the back office are where the experience goes.
