About these terms

These terms apply when you use kassdigital.com.au. The site is run by KASS Digital (ABN 12 653 747 623), based in Sydney, NSW. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean KASS Digital. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse and read the site, and to share links to it, for yourself or for your own business. Please do not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
• try to get into parts of the site you have not been given access to, such as client or admin areas;
• interfere with the site, its security or its forms, including by sending automated submissions;
• give false details, or someone else's details, in a form or a booking.

General information, not advice

The notes, guides, checklists, calculators and other content on this site are general information. They do not take your circumstances into account and are not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Calculator and diagnostic results are estimates based on the figures you enter and on rules of thumb, and they are not a guarantee of any result. Get advice for your own situation before you act on them.

Prices and quotes

Prices published on our offer pages, such as The Hospitality Rebuild and The Studio Rebuild, are as shown on those pages, in Australian dollars, with GST added where the page says so. Any other work is quoted for the job. A quote is confirmed only once we put it in writing, and the work then goes ahead under that written quote or agreement, not under these terms. We may change published prices, but a change does not affect a quote we have already confirmed in writing.

Calls are booked through Calendly, and Calendly's own terms apply to its booking tool. Booking a call does not commit you or us to any work.

Our content

The text, design, code, images and videos on this site belong to KASS Digital or are used with permission. You may view them, print a page for your own reference, and share links to them. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the page is fine. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content for your own commercial use without our written permission. Names, logos and trade marks of other businesses that appear on the site belong to their owners.

Other sites and services

The site links to, and uses tools from, services run by others, such as Calendly, Google, YouTube and Vidalytics. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Changes to the site

We may change, update or remove any part of the site at any time. We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, KASS Digital is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, that comes from using this site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that the law says cannot be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information the site collects and how we handle it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
