Websites for venues that are done with PDF menus.

Custom-coded sites for cafes, restaurants and bars in Sydney. Built around service, run from a phone, owned outright.

    Why Hospitality

Two decades in Circular Quay hospitality.

My family has been in hospitality in Circular Quay and The Rocks for the past two decades. I build venue websites for the reality of a Friday night, not for a pitch deck: menus a kitchen can change in a minute, events that sell themselves, bookings that don't fight the design.

    Where Venue Sites Leak

Three things most venue websites quietly get wrong.

    01

    The PDF menu

A PDF menu is often a designed file or a scan, which search engines and AI tools read less reliably than text on the page, and on a phone it's a pinch-zoom for the guest. When someone asks an AI assistant what to eat nearby, it can only recommend the dishes it can read.

    02

    Events living on Instagram

A feed is not a landing page. Every event should have its own page, its own booking link and its own place in search results, published in minutes, not built by a web guy.

    03

The template with a booking widget bolted on

It looks like every other venue's site, the reservation flow fights the design, and the moment you stop paying the subscription, it's gone. If an agency built yours, the premium bought design and setup, not a site you own.

    What's Included

What a KASS venue build includes.

    • A homepage that knows what time it is

It changes for breakfast, lunch and dinner service on its own.

    • Menus on the page, as real text

Every dish, description and price readable by guests, search engines and AI assistants. Updated from your phone.

    • Events with their own bookable pages

Publish an event in minutes to a landing page built for it.

    • Your reservation system, integrated

The platform you already use, wired into the site. Integrated, never replaced.

    • A back office your team runs

Menus, events, prices and photos, edited in-house. No developer needed.

    • Built for search and AI search

Structured data, sitemaps and AI-crawler readiness, so assistants can find and describe the venue.

    The Hospitality Rebuild

For venues that already have a website, and are stuck with it.

    Turnaround

    • A new site designed from the ground up around your venue. Phones first, because that's where your guests are.
    • It runs on my hospitality CMS. Menus, events, opening hours, gallery, reviews, enquiries. Your staff update it from a phone. No developer, no plugins.
    • Your booking system stays. It's connected, not replaced.

    Venue Builds

    Two venues, built from scratch.

When I ran an AI search audit on the Bennie's build, it came back unusually more visible than other venue sites in its industry.

One audit on one build. AI answers vary; no placement is guaranteed.

    Questions

    Straight answers for venues.

Yes. Whatever you use for bookings today gets wired into the site so guests can book without leaving the page. It's integrated, never replaced.

Yes. The back office is built for the venue, not for a developer. Menus, prices, specials, events and photos can be changed from a phone in minutes.

You can keep one for printing, but the site carries the menu as real text on the page. That's what guests, search engines and AI assistants can actually read.

Yes. Each event gets its own landing page with its own booking link, published from the back office in minutes.

These are scoped per project, alongside the platforms you already run. Book a site audit and we'll look at what the venue actually needs.
