Websites built from scratch. Owned outright. Future-proofed.
KASS Digital builds custom-coded websites for venues and businesses that are done with rented templates, plugin stacks and web-guy dependence.

The Three Traps
Most business websites are stuck in one of these three. Yours might be too.
01
Renting Your Website
Squarespace and Wix: you pay forever, you can't take the working site with you, and everything ends up looking the same.
02
The WordPress Treadmill
Plugins to pay for, patch and pray over. And a web guy needed for every small change.
03
Invisible to the New Search
No structure for rich results or AI assistants. When someone asks ChatGPT where to eat or who to hire, you don't come up.

Who Builds It
Designed and coded by one person. On purpose.
Every KASS build is designed and coded by Kassem Kazal. No account managers, no outsourcing, no plugin stack underneath. You talk to the person who writes the code, before, during and after launch.
About KassemThe Work
Real businesses. Built from scratch. Owned outright.
Lead Case Study · Bennie's Cafe & Bistro
Bennie's Cafe & Bistro
Before
A template site, menus locked away in PDFs, and events living on Instagram where they disappeared in a day.
Mechanism
A fully custom build with a back office the venue runs from a phone. The homepage is time-aware and changes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus sit on the page, not just in PDFs. Every event goes live in minutes on its own bookable landing page, and their existing reservation system is integrated in-page.
After
Owned outright
A harbourside cafe-bistro at Circular Quay, launched August 2026. No subscriptions, no template, and updated in-house.
Websites for venuesCase Study · Ervan Electrical
Ervan Electrical
Before
No website at all. Work came from word of mouth and ads, with no way to tell what was working.
Mechanism
A site coded from scratch around the trade, with the search structure built in from day one.
After
2,800+ impressions
Organic search impressions in the first 60 days. No ad spend. A site that brings in work, not a brochure.
Case Study · Northside Yoga
Northside Yoga
Before
A ten-year-old WordPress site. Students bought credits online, but credit balances and bookings were managed by hand in a spreadsheet.
Mechanism
A custom-coded site designed around the studio, with class bookings handled inside their own site instead of a rented platform.
After
No booking software subscription, for this studio
Bookings, credits, passes, expiries, refunds and reminders run themselves inside the studio's own site. The only per-transaction cost is the Stripe fee she was already paying.

Exhibit: AI Search
We asked ChatGPT to read one of our builds.
The Bennie's build. Quoted from the answer.
how good is bennie's website for you to read on
"Pretty good. Bennie's website is unusually easy for me to read and understand compared with a lot of hospitality sites."
"I can currently access the homepage content, headings, location, opening hours … and, importantly, the actual menu as structured text including individual dishes, descriptions and prices … rather than the menu existing only as an image or PDF."
"When somebody asks me something like good cafes or bistros in Circular Quay?, I can understand from Bennie's own site that it is in Circular Quay, serves breakfast/lunch/dinner, does Modern Australian food … and operates from 7am–10:30pm."
Every KASS build ships with that structure underneath. When someone asks AI where to eat, it recommends what it can read.
One exchange, quoted from a real session. AI answers vary; no placement is guaranteed.
